I have purchase Jetpack from my WordPress account

  I have purchased the Jetpack subscription from WordPress.com, but the subscription is not showing up on my website. All the elements in my plan are still showing ‘Upgrade’ option and not working.

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  It looks like the site needs to be connected to WordPress.com ( https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://mastermylife.xyz )

  Please follow these steps: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/ to connect the site via Jetpack.

  Thanks for reply aleone89.

  I completed the steps mentioned in the blogs. However after I authorized the connection through wordpress.com, I am redirected to the following page : https://wordpress.com/jetpack/connect/store. It is still showing the options to upgrade only and plan is not activated.

  Hello there,

  If you scroll to the bottom of https://wordpress.com/jetpack/connect/store you should be able to connect via a free plan.

  You should see “CRM Free”.
