  I have a non-profit website and I have this blog on WordPress. This means I am paying two different places. I am interested in knowing if I use WordPress for hosting, can I have my non-profit website here as well?

  Yes, you can move any other site you have to WordPress.com following the steps at https://transferto.wordpress.com/ :)
