  Raincoaster, I’m going to put all my faith in the new system (we’ll see how well that goes) and assume that since the automated message hasn’t come up, the OP does have a wp.com blog.

  In which case the answer is, you can’t insert code that uses flash at wordpress.com. Sorry. I expect the place you got it from thought you had a wordpress.org blog.
