I have remove the photo/file from the wordpress and I have deleted my blog but I still can click on to the picture when I search on google image it.
The link looks like this

What is the URL of the deleted blog? Just so we can check it really is deleted, but as i’ve said Google do take a few months to clear there cache.

Is this the blog? http://joeygalleryautographs.wordpress.com/ it is deleted. You will just have to wait for Google to clear there cache and in Google Images it takes a lot longer for them to remove the images than it does for them to remove posts. If you hadn’t deleted the blog you could have used the URL removal tool in Google Webmasters, you could still try that though if you have a Gmail account.

I keep telling you you have to wait for Google to clear the cache. And if i click on that link it just brings up a page not found. They will remove it eventually.

Then you probably have a caching issue with your PC or Browser – try clearing the caches
