    I have requested for a refund for TRANSACTION ID [redacted], I have noting under Purchases and Active Upgrades, please help to cancel this transaction ans issue my refund asap as I am out of JobPurchase

    Never post personal information as a Transaction ID in a public forum!
    If you don’t see that charge under oyur purchases, this usually means ithat charge was connected to another account of yours.
