I have set all my accounts to INVISIBLE yet I'm getting notices that someone has set up to foll

  Isn’t there a way to just plainly contact WordPress? It’s not that I’m unappreciative of comments from folks in a forum but the answers I seek never seem to be available this way.

  I want to delete all my posts. I have made the settings change to make them invisible but apparently it isn’t working as I frequently get notices that someone else has decided to ‘follow me’. Please WORDPRESS…. surely someone can just go into the system – delete my account AND my posts.

  Thanks for your response Daniel – when I go to the second link you gave me, it appears I need to make everything visible and then delete all the posts one by one before I can remove the account. I will try this later.

  What I don’t understand is that when I go to “My Sites” the system tells me all of my sites are hidden (invisible). If this is the case, how am I continually getting notifications that someone has elected to follow me?

  Hi there!

  Even if your site is Hidden, it’ll be visible to everyone, but the search engines not will index your site anymore, but sometimes it may take more time to not show at search results.

  @markmcinturf – My Blogs in the WP Admin Dashboard only hides or makes visible your own sites’ Dashboards to you in the dropdown My Sites menu at the top left in the Admin bar and other places.

  If you want to make your sites Private and not visible to visitors, you need to change the Site Visibility setting of each site. Here’s how you can do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  I hope one of those will help answer your question.
