I have signed up for a Indian pricing

  wordpress upgrade option shows the cost as INR 280 per month on premium plan. so cost would be INR3360 per year. but when I login I and try to checkout cost were showing as 100 use which is around INR7700 almost Double the price. how can I avail the plan and pricing option as per Indian pricing plan ! also change my default country setup to India and currency to INR
