I was in touch with one of your supporters the other night as I wanted to rename my blog, but I have apparently simultaneously signed up for a premium subscription and was wondering what the costs actually? Hosting? e-commerce? etc

* Custom design options, including the ability to add custom CSS, experiment with different fonts, and change colour schemes.
* 10 GB of extra space, which also enables you to upload audio and video files.
* No ads for your site.

It’s worth noting that you’re currently on a free trial. If you wish, you can cancel this via My Upgrades before its renewal date:

All of your upgrades can be cancelled directly the My Upgrades page in WordPress.com:

You’ll see a link to cancel underneath details of your free trial.
We have a two day cancellation window for domain registrations and, as duenorthknits.com was registered around ten days ago, you’ll be prompted to make payment for it when cancelling your WordPress.com Premium trial.
Would you like to continue using duenorthknits.com after cancelling your WordPress.com account? If not, I’ll be happy to cancel it on your behalf.
Before I go ahead, I want to first make you aware that if you choose to cancel your domain, it may be tricky (and costly) to regain ownership of it. It can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that it will be available to you again once cancelled.
If you want to keep using duenorthknits.com but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another registrar. Information on how to do this can be found here:

ok then I misunderstood, Yes I would love to keep the domain. So I just pay with you and continue to do that and follow the instructions on how to transfer it?

ok that’s fine and I have cancelled my premium with the link that you provided so thanks for that. Will it be 60 days before the domain can be transferred?

Yep, 60 days before the domain can be fully transferred to another host, however, you can still point it away from WordPress.com in the meantime by updating its name servers:

I have pushed the 'cancel upgrade' 3 times now, but I just received and email saying my payment for the update was due.
could someone please help? Also I am going to move my website duenorthknits, in 60 days but am keeping my hosting with you. Could someone also help me to get the adr. to point away from wordpress?

can someone please check my cancellation of my upgrade. I have pushed the button countless times and still it says that I am up for the upgrade. I only want the domain, which is my next issue. I was told that I could get it to point away from wordpress, can someone help me with doing that?
