  First, I want to ask about the wordpress desktop software, I want to know if I can design unlimited websites using the wordpress software or no?
  Secondly, I want to know if I can sell the websites designs I make using the wordpress software on freelance websites or no? And which license attribution is requrired ? And also want to know if the websites designs I make using the wordpress software include ads or no?

  On WordPress.com, you can create as many sites as you want, but if you want paid features on a site, (such as custom domains and plugins) you will need separate paid plans for separate sites. In other words, you need a paid plan for each site where you need features that are only available with a paid plan.

  Note that there are two versions of WordPress. You’re on the support forum for WordPress.com sites. There’s also the free and open-source software available at WordPress.org which you can use with other hosting service providers. WordPress.com and WordPress.org work pretty differently.
