I have stopped having access to my dashboard where I am an admin
-
I am an admin at a website .pt and I have been working just fine on it when I was in Portugal. Then I came to the UK, downloaded a plugin to instal GA and had to log out of the dashboard to restart the laptop and since then I have not been able to login to the dashboard again. I have used all the browsers I could think of and I have asked another admin to deactivate the plugin just in case that was the problem and still I can not login. I have no idea why this is happening. Any suggestions?

Hi there!
I don’t see any sites under your account so I’m afraid that you might be talking about a site that’s not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
