i was auto renewed. I am changing the blog to a different domain.
I attempted to do this and it did not work.

There is n connectivity at all between Staff providing live chat support and Volunteers providing support on these peer support forums. We have record of what you said who chatted with you.
When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.
