  I have taken business plan and I am not satisfied

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades. What is the address of the site using a Business plan? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, a site address is the only information I need.

  You could also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to and reply here — I should then be able to see which site has been upgraded.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
