I put in the code given and then check the Save for thirty days option. It never saves it. It would be convenient to use on my personal computer.

Thank you Shawna. I have the boxes checked. We will see if it works. If not I will be back with another request for help.

Well it didn’t work. I do shut down my computer at night. The very next day when I signed in it sent a text with a new code. I know everything was checked. Maybe I can try and do it again and see what happens. I like the idea of the two step verification, but it would be nice if I could use the thirty days for one code on my home computer.

I totally understand. If your browser automatically deletes all your cookies when you close it, you’ll be clearing this setting. Can you check if that’s what you have Firefox set to do?

Under the settings for clearing history, I unchecked Active logins and Cookies. I left the Browsing & Download History, and Form & Search history checked. Will this help?

Thank you Shawna, I will. I just logged in tonight and checked the box to remember for thirty days. I will find out tomorrow if worked.
