  Hi, @richardelliott55,

  Good news. While you would need a Business Plan to install plugins, you should not need a plugin to do what you are looking to do.

  Combining a MailChimp account with the MailChimp Subscriber Pop widget will do what you want.

  I have tested this on my free site and it works well.
