  I have three websites in my account. One is now showing a red message saying ‘This site can’t be accessed’. I was trying to run a backup with UpdraftPlus when the site crashed. What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey lifeontheedgeofthecliff,

  This is a self-hosted WordPress website which means it’s connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack.

  You can try deleting and reinstalling Jetpack for the website you see a red message.

  If you still face such problem, you can directly contact the Jetpack support team.
