I have to change the user name on my site.

Whenever I make a post to my website my personal email address comes up.
I cannot make post and launch my site until this changes.
I didn’t mean it. I don’t know how it happened. The Word ‘Author’ was supposed to show up. It says that I cannot change my user name but it’s a must. I already have over 300,000 emails at my personal address.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Better yet I could change that user name to
“New Home and Life Emporium”.
When I make post people could see that. -
