I have to install word press on every login

  I have two problems:
  1. I get this url https://financialtimeske.com/~finaneq1/ when I try accessing my sites homepage(as a vistor). I am not tech-savvy but I am guessing it should be https://financialtimeske.com. Why is it behaving like that and how can I correct the situation?
  2. Every time I login into blue host, I have to install word press allover again. This is like the 26th time. Is this normal.
