I have tried the Create Menu option but cannot remove the drop-down menu from my parent page.

    On my All Medical Conditions parent page, I cannot remove the drop-down menu. I have tried using a menu (as suggested via jasondayne on the forum) but cannot remove this without losing the child pages completely. This drop-down menu is obstructing the operation of the site.
