    I have tried to move the praderiaswd.com account from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am receiving the email stating that prderiaswd.com is due for renewal but when I click on the link ‘domains dashboard’ it states I do not have any domains attached to my email account?? How do I get praderiaswd.com connected to my email account so I can take ownership of the domain and pay the renewal?

    It looks like you transferred to a different account, actually, but you’re still getting the emails, so that’s good!

    Can you confirm the “to” address for that email? That’s the account you transferred the domain to. It’s not the one you’re logged in with now.

    If you’ll log out, then log back in using that email, you should be able to renew. Please update us here if you need more help.
