I have trouble getting my SSL certificate to work

This certificate is not valid (Host name mismatch). I have talked to my SSL provider and they have said that I’ve probably installed it wrong.

That website also is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we can’t really help here. Please contact your hosting provider, the theme developer or post in the self-hosted forums: https://wordpress.org/support
