Trying to Follo your decription for cansell and get my refund but is not Abel to get into the administrator purchases. I need to cansell the site and the psyk domane. Your account is two days old, does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and have never purchased any upgrades from us. What exactly do you want to cancel and refund?
” the psyk domane” is meaningless to me. I need to know the exact domain that you’re trying to cancel.

I have tryed to send copy of my recipe where i have been purchased for site and domane pZYk.blogspot and other things like privscy policy and other items. I can live with the bill 5 pund + 4 pund but than together with å membership cost of 8 pund also i really started regreting and it really was hurtfull for ny wallet i searched everywhere to get a cansell and refund.

What is the domain you bought? .blogspot is not a valid domain extension, so it’s not possible that you could have bought pZYk.blogspot. We also don’t sell any upgrades at the prices you mentioned. If you bought a membership/subscription from another website, you need to contact that website for a refund. We can only refund upgrades you bought from us.

@yzarbelle I’ve removed the financial information from your above post as you are posting in a public forum which is quickly indexed by search engines. That information could potentially allow someone else to take over your account. If Staff need the Receipt and Transaction ID # they will contact you directly.
It also seems that you have a different account yzarbell than the one you are currently logged in with.

The account you’re using to post here in the forums has a Gmail address.
In the post above you give a Hotmail address. That address is connected to a completely different account. Log out of WordPress.com, then log back in using that Hotmail address instead, then you’ll be in the account that owns the upgrade.
However, all upgrades in that account were already cancelled and refunded on 2 February, and we’ve let you know via email. You emailed us back on Monday to say thank you, so I don’t understand why you’re still asking for help with this here. We have already sent you a refund, and it should be back in your bank account within ten business days.

Please help me, i have been trying for two days to cancel my plan and domain jenniferjools.com it auto renewed on the 6th feb and i am within the 48 hours to get a full refund however i’ve been refunded only £7 and i can’t seem to get any help from anyone :(

Please don’t hijack threads started by other users. If you post into someone else’s thread the comment is not linked to your account and we don’t have access to the information we need to help you, besides that you also make it harder for us to help the person who originally started the thread.
Please create your own thread at the following link, add the tag “modlook” when creating the thread, and include the address of the site you need help with, then someone will reply to you there.

I see nothing rude about the message @justjennifer posted. You posted information in this thread that could be used by anyone to gain access to your account. By removing that information and warning you about the dangers of doing that, Jennifer was just doing her job as a moderator in this forum. If I got to that reply before she did I’d have told you the exact same thing.
