I have two accounts with WordPress and I can’t access my business one

  It’s under the name Physio on the River. I’ve tried changing my password but it is not recognising my username or I can’t remember my user name but nothing is getting me in to my site

  Hi there,

  If you don’t have access to your site then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link 
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
  and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, providing proof of ownership, so they can contact you by email.
  Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide log-in information. You have to provide proof of ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access
