I have two blogs and am still charged for one.

  I have been locked out of my second blog for about a year and assumed that I would not be charged because I haven’t really been able to find help in how to get back in. The email I have reverted back to this account and I cant log into the other blog anymore to make posts or even cancel it if I wanted to. Yet I am still paying for it. I need help getting back into my blog as I would like to continue developing some kind of content. Where can I get help? What can I do? The email I have doesn’t work anymore and if I used a different one I honestly have no clue what it would be.

  If you are unable to login at all or reset the password, please see if you can find a transaction ID for the second blog and send it to us through the account recovery form (please do not share that information here):

  We can then work through the account recovery process with you. If you are unable to find a transaction ID, it would be great if you could send the address of the blog you need help with.
