I have two blogs; can I have two passwords?
-
Hi
I’ve set up a blog for a colleague using my personal WordPress account (libraryofdigress). Now I’m wondering – is it possible to create a different password for the newer blog (talesofonecity)? The other alternative would be to delete the new blog but I’m worried that I might also delete my own blog in the process…
Any help would be much appreciated! :)
Thanks
ChristineThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need a separate email address to set up a new account. Then you can add the new account as an administrator to the existing blog. You can’t remove the original owner without staff intervention, however.

Thanks so much rosclarke. Applied your suggestions for setting up a new user account and adding it as an admin. Works a treat now! :)

As you can see from the above post I can sign in as either the admin for the new blog or the admin for my personal blog!
Thanks again,

Christine, what you can do is transfer the blog to your friend. You will need to contact support to do that and know your friend’s WordPress.com username. If they don’t have one already, they can setup a username only WordPress.com account at http://wordpress.com/signup/
