I have two blogs under the same domain

  I have two blogs for some reason. When I started my blog/website I ended up with two “lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com. I read that I can delete the blog that I don’t use, but I’m afraid that it will delete the blog I want to use because it’s under the same name.

  This is an issue because there are potential clients/readers that go to the blog I am not using, and it only has my “home” and “about” info, where as the other blog (the blog I use) has everything I want to display.

  Help? Can I delete the one blog without deleting the one I want to use?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  To make sure we’re on the same page, lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com is the one you don’t want to use, what is the one that you do what to use?

  Good morning,

  Lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com is the one I want to use, but there is another named Lajardineragardening with the same style (wu wei)
  that I would like to delete. When I sign into WordPress, the blog I use is listed first, and then Lajardineragardening is just below.

  I read the directions in order to delete a blog (lajardineragardening), but I was afraid that it would also delete Lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com. Now that I really think about it, Lajardineragardening has it’s own dashboard, so if I do delete this one, it shouldn’t delete the blog I want, right?

  I hope that clears it up! I just need some kind of affirmation. I know that people are going to the wrong site because someone commented recently on it.

  Sure thing. You can delete the lajardineragardening site at this link: https://lajardineragardening.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog , however, there is a domain name that has been registered for that site: lajardineragardening.com

  We’ll need to get the domain name settled before deleting (or else you won’t be able to use it!). Would you like me to transfer it to your other site?

  I am so happy that I asked before I hit the delete button. So this means I will delete Lajardineragardening and keep the site I have been using ( Lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com) Essentially, we will consolidate all info into one domain and website, right?

  That’s right! I moved your domain to your actually-using site ( lajardineradotcom.wordpress.com ) so you can delete the other at your leisure via https://lajardineragardening.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=delete-blog
