I have two questions about the Business upgrade package

  You say the package includes the cost of the domain. I already have a domain (bought through LCN and mapped to you) – does this mean I would no longer have to pay the charge for mapping?

  You talk about the benefits of being able to switch from one theme to another. But when I have tried doing this with the free themes I got into a bit of a mess because any widgets etc on the home page just disappeared on switching to another theme and back again, and had to be put back in. It got me scared to try it again. Can you reassure me on this point?

  Hi there,

  If you were to purchase one of the bundles, we could indeed wrap your Domain Mapping in to the credit which comes with the bundle, so that you do not have to pay for it any longer.

  In regards to your previous issue with your widgets, that is not normal behavior for them. They should stay no matter what theme you choose. The only time they will go away is if the widgets were loaded on to a sidebar which is unique to the theme which is activated and then you change to a theme which does not have that sidebar. The sidebar would then cease to exist, so the widgets would be moved to the deactivated section (at the bottom of the widgets screen), where you could then move them back to a different sidebar section. They should not need to be reconfigured in such an instance.
