  They can. That is why most artists with WordPress.com sites copyright their work and add a disclaimer that outlines their usage rules.

  2. How do I tell is anyone has followed my blog?

  You can view your followers on your stats page here:

  https://wordpress.com/my-stats/

  Scroll down to Totals, Followers & Shares. Your data will be there.

  3. Where on the blog is the option to follow the blog?

  Here is information about how folks can follow WordPress.com blogs:

  You can also add a Follow widget to your sidebar, if you’d like.
