  I have two sites and I’m not even sure how that happened.

  1. myhealthyrecipesweb.wordpress.com
  2. sueshealthyrecipes.wordpress.com

  It looks like the default one that I originally set up is #1 above. If I purchase the personal plan for $5/month will that include both websites I have above?

  If I purchase the personal plan then just wondering but I can choose my own domain name that will not show the .wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Each site that you have on your account is individually set up. So, if you wanted to upgrade to the personal plan, you would need to do so for each site that you want the upgrade for.

  Yes :) purchasing the Personal Plan allows you to choose your own domain name without the wordpress.com at the end.
