  I have two UN’s one with premium and one without. I have been in contact with support and got my old site mapped but it is mapped to the account without premium. I need this resolved.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Specifically what are both of the username accounts please?
  Specifically exactly which wordpress.com blog URLs are registered under each username account?
  Specifically what is the domain URL that your want to have the domain mapping removed from and which .wordpress.com blog URL do you want it to be moved to?

  Lastly, unless or until you provide relevant details and describe exactly what your end goal with regard to domain mapping is we cannot help you achieve it.

  Hi @agmom1651, are you trying to use lunsford-door.com with a WordPress.com site? If so can you let us know which one?

  Right now lunsford-door.com seems to point both to WordPress.com and ipower.com — can you confirm your intent?

  okay lunsford-door.com is our old site originally hosted through ipower.

  I have been building a brand new site that is located at sksalzar0477.com

  I want the site that shows up at sksalzar0477.com to show up when our customers type in our old domain (lunsford-door.com).

  I have spoken to two individuals through wordpress and one trough ipower, and I somehow got Lunsford door linked to the domain that is under the username ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

  basically I am attempting to clean up the mess that was our old website, and somehow I think my predecessor managed to get two wordpress acounts

  and the username for the second account was the email that was redacted.

  Hi @agmom1651, I read through your other tickets and chats. It looks like you were having trouble pointing the domain to our nameservers. Please let us know whether you still need help.
