I have my son, Aaron Laird trying to help me transform the website butte cannot remember the ID or password. The ID may be myba me, Robert Laird. Could you help us. My phone number is [redacted].     Hi there, it looks like you created this account just before you posted this question. WordPress.com (where we are ) does not have phone support. All support is given either here in our community forums or via LiveChat for accounts that have a paid WPcom upgrade plan.

    What are the full addresses of the websites themselves? Are you certain that your sites are hosted here on the WPcom hosted platform and not at another web hosting provider like SiteGround, GoDaddy, 123reg, etc.

    If you are paying for hosting, you should find that information on a receipt or invoice. You’ll want to contact your hosting provider for assistance.
