  I have another website, should I make another wordpress site for that as a page on my existing site

  Are you referring to a self-hosted website on its own domain? You can create a link to that website in a text widget on your blog’s sidebar or you can use a custom menu to link to the website directly from your blog’s menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  If I’m misunderstanding you, please try to explain what you want in more detail. It would be helpful if you can also include a link to your other website.
