I have two word press blogs so how can I merge them?

  I have a word press blog through Empower Network and one on my own separate from Empower Network that I paid to upgrade to my own domain. I am new to word press and clearly made a mistake in purchasing that and would like a little bit of guidance on how to convert everything over to my Empower Network blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am in a mess!!! Please help. My blogs are not merging as well.

  Issue 1:
  1) I created a blog on WP – http://greenmicrofinanceglobal.wordpress.com/home/

  2) I had another webpage that I just pointed to WP from 1and1.com.
  http://www.greenmicrofinance.com

  3) Something is wrong…as you can see. http://www.greenmicrofinance.com/

  Issue 2:
  1) I need the landing page to be at: http://greenmicrofinanceglobal.wordpress.com/home/

  2) Or if you can help me get the landing static WELCOME page to just be http://greenmicrofinanceglobal.wordpress.com and people land at the Welcome page when they click http://www.greenmicrofinance.com

  3) I could not get it this right when I created the blog. Please help me on this as well.
