I have unexplained charges from Word Press

I recently noticed a $26.00 charge to my bank account from wp-fee.com. However, when I look at my billing history here on WordPress, there is no history. So: 1) I’d like to know what I’m being charged for 2) Why wasn’t there a notification of charges. 3) Why is the charge not visible in my billing history 4) How do I obtain a refund?

Dashboard > Store > Billing HistoryProvided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

That sounds like domain name registration with privacy option and domain mapping.
Is there another account you might have used to set up a custom domain name to a blog about a year ago – maybe an account and blog you decided not to use or used for a short time and forgot about?

It’s most likely another blog with an upgrade purchased with another user account. Since we may be exchanging transaction IDs and other potentially sensitive information, I’ll send you an e-mail to complete the research.
