I have uploaded videos to a post and don't want viewers to download it
-
On several of my posts I have uploaded audio files and video files as part of the posts, but I have recently discovered the anyone who views the post is able to download the file? This is how it looks on the preview section of a post and when viewing my site. I have seen that I am able to disable play back controls on a video which stops it, but I only want to remove the ability to download and not the remaining play back controls.
For each of these blocks there are options to include CSS codes, what codes can I put to stop my files from being downloaded by anyone?

I had actually unpublished the posts that contained them and moved them to drafts since I saw in my stats that people had downloaded them. I will publish them now so you can have a look and help me out :)

Hm, I still don’t see what you’re referring to, I don’t see any embedded videos.
However, if embedded properly, you can disable the Share menu, which will remove the Download option: https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/#videopress-sharing-settings

Oh thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed! Can I do the same for uploaded audio files too so they can’t be downloaded?

I have published my post called ‘Creating The Skyeboat Song’, that is where you will be able to see the embedded video and some audio files
