i have want to get access to my new website on wordpress account

    i had a web developer make my website site of which i have paid for.
    he has the user and password.
    he has been unable to get the submission form to work and gave up.
    i have paid him
    i just want control of the site now
    he is not responding

    If you’re referring to delicate-elegance.com, then it’s not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by another hosting provider. Therefore, you need to get in touch with your developer or your hosting provider in order to resolve this.
