I have WordPress Premium and have purchased Promenade theme and it won't allow me to Customize.

  I purchased the theme Promenade and it will not allow me to Customize.

  Hi!

  It looks like all of the options under Appearance -> Customize are working correctly (CSS, Fonts, etc). Could you elaborate on what kind of customizations you’re trying to make that you’re having trouble with?

  Well that worked thank you! I now have primary menus.

  What doesn’t work is any functionality when I press on the ‘Customize’ button above the “Menus’ tab. Nothing I do on Customize seems to save to my site.

  The customizations seem to be sticking on my side. For example, the fonts you’ve selected under Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts (Museo Slab) is being applied on the published site as shown here:

  Could you clarify what customization isn’t working correctly?
