I haven't ABP installed – still I can't see text and move widgets to the sidebar

  Hello everybody!
  I’ve installed wp 3.4.1 and while working on it, both from home and office, i have the following issues:

  – i can’t see the text while editing
  – i can’t “open” any widget in the widget section of the appearence move neither i can move them to the sidebar
  – pressing the “help” on the upper right corner of my dashboard is useless – nothing has happened.
  – i have this issue with firefox, IE and chrome
  – i haven’t installed ABP
  – i tried updating JAVA, no success
  – i also thought i could be due to the anti-virus software. But in the office we run Norton at home I run NOD32 so it can’t be the same problem due to 2 different softwares.

  Can you help me? This thing is getting me crazy.
