I haven’t been refunded yet

    Following the cancellation of my upgrade since the 17th of March, I haven’t receive refund yet and its been more than 7 to 10 business working days stated.

    Hi there!

    I’ve checked our records and found that the refunds were successfully processed from our end. Can you contact your bank/card issuer to see if they have any insights?

    While most refunds are processed by banks within 7-10 business, in some cases, banks/credit card companies can take longer to process refunds or show them on the statement.

    We have the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) we can send you if your bank needs them to trace the refund. Please check with your bank and let us know.
