I haven't got my refund even though i cancelled within 14 days.

  Hi there,

  I cancelled my plan a while ago, which was within the 14days of the refund policy wordpress offers. Its been over 2 weeks now and i still haven’t received my refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, it looks like you had cancelled, then restored, then cancelled again. The domain portion of the plan was no longer refundable by the time you cancelled the second time, but we’ll work on getting the rest back to you. Please allow 5-10 business days for that to appear on your statement. Cheers!
