    Hey there, I can see the refunds are complete; they were processed on July 4. They should come through as two separate refunds that add up to the total purchase, so can you check your statement for that?

    Also, while refunds can route quickly, sometimes they do take several days to route from our system to your bank. There’s no way to rush that if it’s taking a while, so you might want to wait about 5-10 business days before taking further action. But if needed, we can provide ARNs (reference numbers) so you can contact your bank fo help locating the refunds. Let us know.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I haven’t got my refund yet can you kindly provide the ARN’s so I could check with my bank. Please do email them to me.
