  Hi,
  I am trying to move my wordpress site to a new domain. I bought the domain and I tried to download my wordpress site. It says ‘error bad backend.’ I need to move my site more quickly than ever now because I haven’t heard back and none of your articles address this.

  Whilst you are waiting perhaps you could confirm the address of the WordPress.com site you need help with as https://quickstraightas.wordpress.com is devoid of content.

  @quickstraightas can you clarify whether you’re trying to export quickstraightas.wordpress.com ? I was going to try to export it, but noticed there is very little content on that site.

  Please send a link to the site you’re trying to export from.
