I haven’t receive my refund

    Hii sir, this is Aman Mishra And I have a problem with my refund, I purchased a basic plan and after sometime I deleted it and applied for refund but I haven’t get any refund yet, today is 15th day.
    I purchased it from debit card. From india please reply sir as soon as possible.

    Hello –

    We did process a full refund on April 27th 2020. Typically this only takes ten days. When there’s a delay it’s best to inquire with your bank directly. They will be able to tell you how the refund will be listed on your statement. They can also tell you when the funds will be released in to your account from their own. The money was sent back to them on April 27th.
