  Hi, I have the correct email address listed and I’m waiting for my email confirmation to be sent, but it has not and I’ve already checked my spam folder many times.

  Check in your email spam filter and under your “social” tab in your Gmail account please, if you use it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
