  I paid through my paypal account. I still haven’t received my changed domain name. My registration failed it said.

  It looks like the payment did indeed fail. Can you try registering the domain again following the instructions here?

  I have the receipt for the purchase. Will I get the money back, instead of paying for it twice? I do have a claim with PayPal. Thank you for helping me!
