I was charged 300$ on 9/26/18. I was told to simply remove the plugins and then to change my plan and I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I am still waiting…

Hi @ russ26g, since you cancelled the upgrade immediately after buying it, the charge was most likely voided rather than refunded.
Your bank may display this in different ways, sometimes by not showing the original charge at all because it was never finalized. Can you check with them to confirm whether the funds left your account and whether they were returned?
