I haven’t received my refund

  Hi

  I registered a domain name and canceled it right away, and I also have the cancellation mail, confirming the refund. However, I have not received the refund after 2 weeks yet.

  Thanks for checking in. I have taken a look at the account and can see that we processed R$144.00 on 2018-10-31 – Typically a refund will reach you in less than 2 weeks. But that time can vary greatly depending on the individual processing times of your specific bank.

  The best thing to do now, is to contact your bank and inquire about those processing times. They’ll be able to tell you how the refund will appear on your statement and when to expect the funds.
