I haven’t yet received the refund from my subscription that I cancelled. It has been 10 days today since I requested a refund?

Something I found on the refund self help section is:
After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.
I have tagged the thread with modlook so one of the staff members will take a look at the history of the transactions, but I guess the refund is still on his way.

Your account shows we used a full refund on 29th January 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

The next step is to contact your bank — they should be able to confirm when you can expect the money to arrive. As @stefanclin mentioned, international refunds (to banks outside the US) sometimes take longer than 5-10 business days.
In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts, so that would be something to check.
