I haven’t received my refund

    Dear sir/madam
    I asked for a refund with one of your employees a couple of weeks ago and I still haven’t received my money.
    Can you refund my money ASAP as I cancelled it within a week of payment.

    Hi Charles, I don’t see any refunds associated with this account. Can you log out, log back in with the account you had used to make the purchase and request the refund, then notify us here?
