I haven’t received my refund.

    Hello! I cancelled my domain registration last January 21, 2022 (the same time I bought the domain) but I still haven’t received the refund until now. Can someone check up on the issue? Thanks.

    Hello –

    I can see we processed a refund on 2023-01-22. International refunds can sometimes take more than 2 weeks to reach your account. We have sent the money back to your bank, though. The best thing to do is follow up with them directly and inquire about when they’ll release the funds in to your account and also be able to tell you how it’s going to appear on the statement.
