  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days to arrive.

  Hi there,

  It looks like the refund didn’t go through when you cancelled your plan. I’ve processed it again, and it now shows successful on our end. It should reflect in your account in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
